So I stopped...why? Well #1 I found out I should be doing a different program, not the one I'm doing...#2 I need to get the diet on track...#3 I need resistance bands....I want to be able to hit the floor running, not waiting for things to be purchased etc...I don't want anything to stand in my way or to have an excuse to stop...so I'm getting my excuse out the way now.
